Ingredients For wake-up shake

  • 3/4 c
    skim milk
  • 1/2 c
    strawberry yogurt (chilled)
  • 1/2
    frozen banana
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice, chilled
  • 3 Tbsp
    vanilla protein(optional)

How To Make wake-up shake

    Combine all in blender.Cover and blend till smooth
