It doesn't get any easier than this; fruit, ice, condensed milk and milk. Sweet, fruity and refreshing. The smoothie will taste best if all the fruit are chilled before hand. You want the fruit to add up to 1 - 1 1/2 cups; add more fruit if needed.

Ingredients For tropical fruit smoothie

  • 1/2 lg
    banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2
    avocado, peeled and seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 lg
    mango, peeled and seeded, chopped
  • 1
    passionfruit, pulp and seeds
  • 2 c
    whole milk
  • 1/2 c
    sweetened condensed milk (or to taste)
  • 4 - 8
    ice cubes

How To Make tropical fruit smoothie

    Into your electric blender add the ice cubes, the prepared banana, avocado, mango, and passion fruit, milk and 3/4 of the condensed milk.

    Cover and blend on high until the fruit mixture is smooth.

    Taste the smoothie to see if you like the sweetness level and the texture.

    Make it personal: Add more of the condensed milk if it is not sweet enough for you.

    If the smoothie is thicker than you like add more milk and if its not thick enough add a little more ice.

    If adjusting the ingredients, cover and blend again.

    When ready, pour the smoothie into small serving glasses and close your eyes and enjoy!
