sweet potato pie smoothie
I was challenged to make a smoothie using canned yams, so I created this tasty smoothie. The yams add a wonderful texture and creaminess and the spices create the Fall flavor of just baked sweet potato pie! This smoothie is, truly, just like drinking a piece of sweet potato pie!! If you want a smoothie with fewer calories, omit the yam syrup and pear syrup and use equivalent amount of coconut milk instead.

116 ounce can candied yams, chilled, drained (syrup reserved)

4canned pear halves, chilled, drained (syrup reserved)

15.3 ounce container vanilla flavor greek yogurt

1/4 creserved yam syrup

1/4 creserved pear syrup

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspground cloves

1 - 2 Tbsphoney

3ice cubes

ground nutmeg (garnish)
How To Make sweet potato pie smoothie

1Place all ingredients in blender.
