super healthy smoothie(berries, greens and flax!)

A friend turned me on to smoothies with greens added a couple of years ago. Since, I've experimented with different combinations. This is one of my favorites! Such a tasty way to get more greens in your diet...trust me, you CANNOT taste them! And, with berries, flax and yogurt, this is a healthy meal in a glass!

Ingredients For super healthy smoothie(berries, greens and flax!)

1banana

1 cfrozen berries(i like strawberries and blackberries)

1handful of baby spinach leaves

1small handful of parsley sprigs

2 Tbspplain yogurt

1 Tbspground flax
-
1/2 capple juice or coconut water(the pineapple variety is good!)

1/2 tspvanilla

1Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
