this is one of my favorites when i get up early i go for my exercises and clean house then when i get done i am ready for breakfast which is this great smoothie

1 cstrawberry banana chebani yogurt

1 cfrozen yogurt, vanilla or any flavor

1/2 cfrozen pineapple

1/2 tspcoconut extract

1put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
