Ingredients For strawberry cheesecake smoothie

3frozen strawberries

2 Tbspprepared quick oatmeal

2 Tbspwheat germ (optional)

1/4 clow fat milk

3/4 cvanilla low fat greek yogurt

2 Tbsplow fat cream cheese

1/4 tspvanilla extract

2 tsphoney or 2 splenda packets

1/2 cice cubes, more if desired

1small graham cracker square crumbled for on top
How To Make strawberry cheesecake smoothie

1Place 1/2 cup of the ice in blender and pulse to break up. Add strawberries and pulse to do the same. Add oatmeal, wheat germ, yogurt and cream cheese. Add vanilla extract and honey or splenda to blender and pulse a few times then blend till thick, but smooth. Add additional ice if desired and pulse to break up and blend another 10 seconds. Enjoy.
