Ingredients For strawberry cheesecake smoothie

  • 3
    frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared quick oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp
    wheat germ (optional)
  • 1/4 c
    low fat milk
  • 3/4 c
    vanilla low fat greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
    low fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp
    honey or 2 splenda packets
  • 1/2 c
    ice cubes, more if desired
  • 1
    small graham cracker square crumbled for on top

How To Make strawberry cheesecake smoothie

  • 1
    Place 1/2 cup of the ice in blender and pulse to break up. Add strawberries and pulse to do the same. Add oatmeal, wheat germ, yogurt and cream cheese. Add vanilla extract and honey or splenda to blender and pulse a few times then blend till thick, but smooth. Add additional ice if desired and pulse to break up and blend another 10 seconds. Enjoy.
