Ingredients For skinny eggnog

1/4 ccold water
-
1 Tbspunflavored gelatin
-
1 cpowdered fat-free milk

1/3 cSplenda
-
2 lgeggs
-
2 tspvanilla extract

1/4 tsprum extract

1 tspcinnamon, plus more for topping

1/2 tspnutmeg
-
3/4 cboiling water
-
2 cice water
-
reduced fat whipped cream, if desired
How To Make skinny eggnog

1In a blender, combine the cold water and gelatin. Let it sit for a couple of minutes. Add the powdered milk, Splenda, eggs, vanilla, rum extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

2Blend on low for 30 seconds. Add the boiling water.

3Blend for another 30 seconds on low until gelatin is dissolved.

4Add the ice water.

5Blend on high for 2 minutes.

6Divide into glasses. Top with reduced fat whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
