This is a really good and healthy smoothie for kids and adults.

Ingredients For rolled oats and honey smoothie

  • 1/4 c
    old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    plain low fat or standard yogurt or coconut cream
  • 1
    banana, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    honey
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How To Make rolled oats and honey smoothie

  • 1
    Combine everything in the blender. Puree until smooth. You may add 1/2 c. of orange juice too if desired.
