red white & blue smoothies
This is a healthy, not overly-sweet strawberry, blueberry and banana smoothie that I created for my grandkids. They were my taste testers and gave it a big thumbs up. I used agave nectar, but I think honey would be good also. FYI, adults will love it too!

How To Make red white & blue smoothies

1Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend to desired consistency. Serve immediately.
