I have been making this smoothie every morning all week. Low in carbs and calories, high in fiber and protein. I had a very busy week especially mornings. I started low carb again but noticed the wieght at a stand still. I know its because Iv been missing breakfast. So I came up with my purple morning, and dropped 3lbs!!! This shake is very satisfying and tastey, and holds me off til lunch.

Ingredients For purple morning

  • 1 c
    unsweetened almond soy milk
  • 1/2 c
    frozen berries
  • 3
    1/2 inch slice frozen banana slices
  • 3 tsp
    flax seeds

How To Make purple morning

    Place all ingredients in blender.

    I use my bullet. Blend till nice and smooth. Pour in glass or to go container with straw, and your on your way to a great start!! Enjoy!!!
