Ingredients For pumpkin spice breakfast smoothie

    french vanilla instant breakfast (regular or sugar free)
  • 1 c
    silk light (or lowfat milk)
  • 1/2 c
    canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey (optional)
  • 1 c
    ice (or more)

    Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
