Ingredients For pumpkin smoothie

  • 1/4 c
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 6 oz
    yogurt, *i used greek lemon, any flavor is good
  • 3 Tbsp
    liquid * i used orange juice, any liquid will do
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    crushed ice
  • pinch
    pumpkin pie spices

How To Make pumpkin smoothie

    Put all ingredients in blender, and whirl until smooth. Adjust seasoning and sugar to taste.
