Ingredients For power smoothie

  • 1 sm
    banana
  • 1 c
    frozen strawberries
  • 6 oz
    vanilla greek yogurt (i prefer oikos)
  • 8 oz
    silk vanilla soymilk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    vanilla protein powder (i use designer whey)
  • 1 tsp
    chia seeds

How To Make power smoothie

    add all ingredients (in order) to the jar of a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
