power-packed fruit smoothie

This is an easy way for me to get in the protein I need daily. Two smoothies using this recipe and Syntrax Nectar protein powder (fuzzy navel just happens to be my favorite, and it pairs well with the frozen fruit I prefer to use) provides a total of 54 grams of protein, which is just 11 grams shy of my minimum daily protein intake of 65 grams!

Ingredients For power-packed fruit smoothie

  • 1 pkg
    frozen strawberries, mango & pineapple
  • 2 c
    coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 2 scoop
    syntax nectar fuzzy navel protein powder

How To Make power-packed fruit smoothie

  • 1
    Do no thaw the frozen fruit. This will take the place of ice.

    Throw all ingredients into a blender.
  • 3
    Blend until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses. Drink & enjoy!
