4 lgguavas, washed, ends removed and quartered

1 1/2 cmangoes, cut into pieces

1 1/2 cmilk (substitute almond milk)

1 cpineapple juice

1 to 2 Tbspagave nectar (substitute honey)
How To Make polynesian smoothie

1In the jar of a blender, add pineapple, guavas and mangoes. Pour in milk and pineapple juice before adding agave nectar.

2Place the lid and process on medium high speed until smooth – don’t forget to taste and adjust if necessary. Serve immediately
