This is a wonderful morning smoothie. Fresh pineapple is wonderful, but I use canned and am able to use the juice as well to make this drink that is not a blast of sugar, but will give you that boost you need in the morning.

1/2 ccanned pineapple chunks (reserve juice)

3/4 cmilk, low-fat

1/2 mdbanana, in chunks

3/4 creserved pineapple juice

1/2 cplain non fat yogurt

1/2 tspvanilla extract

2 pkgsplenda or 1/2 tsp honey

6ice cubes
-
1 tspwheat germ
How To Make pineapple strawberry morning smoothie

1Blend the strawberries, banana, milk, pineapple juice, vanilla yogurt, extract, splenda or honey and wheat germ in a blender until smooth. Add 1 or two ice cubes and pulse in between to break up.
