Ingredients For pineapple raspberry strawberry-lime smoothie

  • 1/2 c
    yogurt, plain (strawberry or pineapple flavored optional)
  • 1/3 c
    frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 c
    frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple chunks in juice
  • 2 tsp
    lime juice or 2 tbsp frozen lime concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey or 2 splenda packets
  • 5
    ice cubes
  • 1/8 tsp
    allspice
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp
    wheat germ (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp
    flax (optional)

    Place the yogurt, berries, pineapple, juice and honey or Splenda in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add wheat germ, flax, spices and ice cubes; cover and process until smooth.
