    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    peppermint syrup
  • 14 oz
    peppermint ice cream
  • 2 oz
    raspberries frozen
  • mint sprigs to garnish

How To Make peppermint raspberry ice

    Pour the milk and peppermint syrup into a food processor and process gently until combined.

    Add the peppermint ice cream and process until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into tall glasses and garnish with raspberries and mint sprigs. Add straws and serve.
