I came up with this smoothie at the request of my oldest. He says everything is better with peanut butter.

Ingredients For peanut butter- banana smoothie

  • 2
    ripe bananas, cut in chunks
  • 2 c
    vanilla soy milk
  • 1/2 c
    lactose free vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make peanut butter- banana smoothie

    Place all ingredients in a blender.

    Pulse until blended and smooth.

    Pour into glasses to serve

    Garnish with banana slices if desired.
