Ingredients For peach smoothie

  • 1/2 c
    milk (any kind)
  • 1/2 c
    Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 c
    frozen peaches
  • 1
    banana
  • finely diced peaches, for garnish, optional
  • banana slices, for garnish, optional
  • whipped cream (like Redi Whip), optional
  • chia seeds, for garnish, optional
  • dash
    ground cinnamon or ginger

How To Make peach smoothie

    Add the milk, yogurt, frozen peaches, frozen banana, and ground cinnamon to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If needed, add a little bit more milk.

    Pour into glasses and garnish with finely diced peaches, banana slices, whipped cream, chia seeds, and/or a dash of ground cinnamon.
