    milk (any kind)
  • ½ c
    greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ c
    frozen peaches
  • 1
    frozen banana
  • dash of ground cinnamon or ginger
  • whipped cream like redi whip (optional)

How To Make peach smoothie

    Add the milk, yogurt, frozen peaches, frozen banana, and ground cinnamon to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If needed, add a little bit more milk.

    Pour into glasses and garnish with finely diced peaches, banana slices, whipped cream, chia seeds, or a dash of ground cinnamon.
