Ingredients For papaya lassi

2 smripe papayas

2 cupsplain yogurt

4 to 5green cardamom, crushed to a powder (discard outer pod)

4ice cubes

suger (or powdered jiggery), as desired for sweetening
How To Make papaya lassi

1Peel the papayas and remove seeds. Cut papaya into 1-inch cubes.

2Add papaya chunks, crushed cardamom and sugar to a blender, and blend for 10 seconds. Add the yogurt and ice cubes, and blend again until smooth.

3Divide among 3 glasses, add a straw to each glass, and serve immediately.
