This is a great fruity and sweet smoothie that doesn't need any additional sugar or sweetner. It is so easy to make why not have a healthy drink in the morning?

Ingredients For orange peach smoothie

  • 1/2 md
    fresh banana
  • 1/2 md
    small to medium orange, peeled and segments frozen
  • 1 c
    peach yogurt (low fat)
  • 1/2 c
    cooked quick oatmeal
  • 1-2 c
    ice
  • splash of apple juice as needed

How To Make orange peach smoothie

  • 1
    Place banana, yogurt and oatmeal into blender with a splash of apple juice and roughly blend (not completely blend) Add in ice 1/2 cup at a time till desired thickness and frozen segments pulsing to break up, then blend till smooth. Add juice to desired thickness. This will make one large smoothie with a bit to spare, or 2 smaller smoothies.
