Ingredients For mango/white tea smoothie (sallye)

2 mdmangoes

1mug of water

1 or 2white tea bags

1 Tbsphoney (or more if you like your tea really sweet)

1 Tbsplemon juice (fresh squeezed if possible)

1 cplain or vanilla yogurt
How To Make mango/white tea smoothie (sallye)

1Place white tea bags in microwave safe mug in microwave. Cook on full power for 2-3 minutes. Remove and cover, set aside for 5 minutes to steep and cool. Add a couple of ice cubes if necessary for quick cooling.

2Peel and dice the mangoes, place in blender (or food processor) Add honey, lemon juice,and yogurt to blender. Discard tea bags and pour steeped tea into blender.

3Blend until well mixed and smooth. Enjoy.
