This smoothie I stumbled upon this morning when randomly grabbing ingredients to shove in my blender. Wow! It totally slapped me in the face. What a great way to wake up!

Ingredients For mandarin orange and lemon smoothie

4ice cubes

1 pkg(6 oz) low fat or lite lemon yogurt

1/4 ccanned madarin orange slices (reserve lite juice)

1/4 cmandarin orange juice

1/2 clow fat milk

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 mdfresh banana, broken in chunks

1 Tbspflax
-
1 Tbspwheat germ (optional)

1 Tbspbenefiber (optional)
How To Make mandarin orange and lemon smoothie

1Place ice in blender and pulse to break up slightly. Add yogurt, orange slices, juice and milk to blend. Add remaining juice of the lemon, banana, flax, wheat germ and benefiber and blend to desired consistency. Serve immediately. Can serve over additional ice if you want this to be super cold.
