I have noticed several drinks on this site but since I like chocolate so much this is what I make and it is low in calories. So you diabetics pay attention to this.

2 Tbspsugar or splenda

3 Tbspwarm water

1 lgbanana, peeled and sliced

1 1/2 cskim milk

2 cnonfat frozen yogurt
How To Make luscious cocoa smoothies

1Stir together cocoa and sugar in a small bowl. Add water; Stir until well blended. In blender, place banana and cocoa mixture. Cover; blend until smooth. Add milk and frozen yogurt. Cover; blend until smooth. Serv e immediately.
