1 1/4 cunsweetened frozen raspberries

5envelopes of splenda or 5 teaspoons

1/2 clow fat milk

1Place banana in freezer for 10 minutes or until slightly firm.

2Process all ingredients in a blender untl smooth. stop once to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
