Ingredients For kiwi raspberry smoothie

  • 2 Tbsp
    wheat germ, toasted and divided
  • 4 md
    kiwifruits, peeled and quartered
  • 1 c
    raspberries
  • 1 c
    apple juice
  • 1 c
    2% plain yogurt (substitute vanilla yogurt)
  • 1/2 c
    almond milk
  • 1 scoop
    protein powder of your choice (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp
    agave nectar or to taste

How To Make kiwi raspberry smoothie

    In a small skillet over medium heat, toast wheat germ for about 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat to cool off.

    In a jar of a blender, combine kiwifruits, raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, agave nectar and 1 ½ tbsp. toasted wheat germ; process until smooth.

    Pour in glasses and sprinkle wheat germ on top. Makes 5 cups
