Ingredients For kiwi raspberry smoothie

2 Tbspwheat germ, toasted and divided

4 mdkiwifruits, peeled and quartered

1 craspberries
-
1 capple juice
-
1 c2% plain yogurt (substitute vanilla yogurt)

1/2 calmond milk
-
1 scoopprotein powder of your choice (optional)

2 Tbspagave nectar or to taste
How To Make kiwi raspberry smoothie

1In a small skillet over medium heat, toast wheat germ for about 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat to cool off.

2In a jar of a blender, combine kiwifruits, raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, agave nectar and 1 ½ tbsp. toasted wheat germ; process until smooth.

3Pour in glasses and sprinkle wheat germ on top. Makes 5 cups
