1/4 cpineapple chunks, fresh chopped

1/3 cudos or flexseed oil

1 Tbspsesame seeds

1 calmond milk
How To Make healthy smoothie

1Mix together all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until nice and smooth. Can be made without udos or flax seed.

2Hint chop and freeze banana ahead of time. Store in a sealed container.
