    kale (handful)
  • 1 c
    baby spinach (handful)
  • 1 to 2 lg
    frozen banana(s)

    stevia to taste (optional)

    Blend in Blender on low (Vita-Mix is my favorate) Almond Milk Cinnamon Spirulina Stevia

    Add Kale Spinach Blend on High until Liquified

    Add Frozen Banana (Broken into pieces) Blend on High until smooth
