2 choneydew melon cubes

1/2 cfresh baby spinach leaves

How To Make green smoothie

1Cut the honeydew melon into 1 inch cubes. Freeze the cubes in a zipper bag. ** I do this the night before so it takes very little time in the morning.

2Remove the stems from the baby spinach.

3IN the morning: place all the ingredients in a blender.

4Process until smooth.

5You can add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
