One of my friends told me that he loves this drink in the morning. He tells me that this low-fat protein-packed smoothie is perfect for on the go and by adding the yogurt at the very end impacts a creamy texture. Woody and I tried it and it's really good.

Ingredients For gluten-free banana breakfast smoothie

1/2 c1% low fat milk

1/2 cchushed ice

1 tsphoney
-
1/8 tspground nutmeg or cinnamon

1frozen sliced ripe large banana

1 cplain 2% reduced fat greek yogurt
How To Make gluten-free banana breakfast smoothie

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes or until smooth.

2Add yogurt and process just until blended and serve ammidiately.

3NOTE:Instead of frozen banana you can substitute frozen strawberries with strawberry low fat yogurt, peach with low fat peach yogurt.
