For a quick healthy breakfast this is perfect! I almost feel like I'm having a milk shake and feel a little guilty. Just to let you know, when purchasing your yogurt please read the ingredients and the sugar content. You will be amazed at the difference! I purchase fresh pineapple, especially when it's on sale. Cut one pineapple to get 8 spears and freeze them up. I love using this instead of canned pineapple, even when making pineapple upside down cake.

1Cut up your frozen Pineapple in quarters. Place in the blender first then add the rest of your ingredients. puree until smooth and blended well
