  • 1 c
    skim milk
  • 1
    ripe banana sliced or 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1/3 c
    quaker oat brain hot cereal uncooked
  • 2 tsp
    sugar or sugar substitute

How To Make fruit smoothie shake

    Place all ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl, cover, blend or process on high speed untill smooth and thick.
