I haven't made smoothies yet so I am adding this to my collection as I really want to make this. Looks SO good! Seems as though it would be better for you than shakes. :) at least thats what I tell myself! This is Emeril Lagasse's recipe from foodnetwork.com (love his recipes)

Adding reviews: ** This was great!. Used 2% milk, greek yogurt, fresh blackberries and bananna. In place of honey used Splenda.garfield1952 **I LOVE this smoothie recipe and love to make it for breakfast, so quick, easy and delish! I make it with the Silk Soy Very Vanilla milk to give it a little extra vanilla and instead of plain yogurt I make it with the plain greek yogurt to add some extra protien and it tasted so, so good! mlcruth **We have these smoothies at least once a week now. They are awesome! I buy strawberries on sale, then freeze them in 2 cup increments, which is perfect for this recipe! cicconey_balone **This smoothie was very good. I used orange juice from concentrate as opposed to fresh squeezed and the smoothie was still delicious! krprinciotta **So easy to make, and absolutely delicious. My son is pretty picky about "healthy" foods & drinks, and LOVED it! 78 gossamer_rules **this time i cut the recipe in half and used 1/4 cranberry apple juice and 1/4 oj with adding chocolate sturp in for about 10 seconds to the mix while it was running. it was even better, i have a sweet tooth. byron93_7829708
