Ingredients For fruit smoothie

  • 3/4
    large container (32 oz) of vanilla low fat yogurt
  • 1
    large banana
  • 1 1/2 c
    (more or less to taste) frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c
    (more or less to taste) frozen blueberries

How To Make fruit smoothie

  • 1
    Place the yogurt in a blender; add the banana and other fruit a bit at a time and blend well.

    Pour into glasses and enjoy!
