Ingredients For fruit smoothie

3/4large container (32 oz) of vanilla low fat yogurt

1large banana
-
1 1/2 c(more or less to taste) frozen strawberries

1 1/2 c(more or less to taste) frozen blueberries
How To Make fruit smoothie

1Place the yogurt in a blender; add the banana and other fruit a bit at a time and blend well.

2Pour into glasses and enjoy!
