Ingredients For fruit & oat smoothie

1 cstrawberries, chopped (fresh or frozen)

1banana, sliced (i used half of 1 small banana)

1/4 craw almonds, chopped

1/2 cold fashioned oats
-
1 cplain yogurt or vanilla yogurt (i used plain yogurt then added a little bit of vanilla paste)

1 tspmaple syrup (or other sweetener: coconut sugar, raw, honey, etc., to taste)
How To Make fruit & oat smoothie

1Place all ingredients in a blender and puree to desired consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, dilute with a little bit of water, milk or similar liquid.
