Ingredients For eddie"s top of the line smoothie

    apples
  • 2
    lemon without peels
  • 1
    peeled banana
  • 1 sm
    bunch of parsley
  • 1 c
    spinach
  • 1 stalk
    celery
  • 1/4
    piece ginger

How To Make eddie"s top of the line smoothie

    Peel and core apples also peel banana and lemons.
  • 2
    Wash and spin dry parsley and spinach, wash celery and chop into 1 inch pieces.

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth add 4 ice cubes and blend about 30 seconds more.

    Chill 4 glasses fill glasses and top with ginger slices. Serve ice cold
