2lemon without peels

1peeled banana

1 smbunch of parsley

1 cspinach

1 stalkcelery

1/4piece ginger
How To Make eddie"s top of the line smoothie

1Peel and core apples also peel banana and lemons.

2Wash and spin dry parsley and spinach, wash celery and chop into 1 inch pieces.

3Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth add 4 ice cubes and blend about 30 seconds more.

4Chill 4 glasses fill glasses and top with ginger slices. Serve ice cold
