I love the beautiful colour of this Lassi. It's a good meal replacement late in the day if you want something light. This one is a bit tart so taste it before serving, you might want to add more sweetener.

Ingredients For easy raspberry lassi

2 cplain yogurt (i used goat yogurt)

1 calmond milk, unsweetened

1-10 oz pkgfrozen organic raspberries

6 Tbspxylitol (i ground it fine in my magic bullet)
How To Make easy raspberry lassi

1If using Xylitol grind it up fine. It is very grainy.

2Add all the ingredients, then taste. If you want to add more sweetener do so now. No need to add ice, the frozen raspberries are perfect in this.

3Serve cold.
