Ingredients For dark chocolate peanut butter and banana smoothie

  • 3 c
    milk, low-fat
  • 2
    frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1/3 c
    dark chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp
    agave syrup
  • 3 Tbsp
    peanut butter
  • 1/4 c
    flax seeds, optional

How To Make dark chocolate peanut butter and banana smoothie

  • 1
    blend chocolate chips, cocoa powder, peanut butter and 1 cup milk.
  • 2
    blend for 40 seconds, add remaining ingredients and blend for another 40 seconds.
