Ingredients For cherry-banana smoothie

2 cfresh or frozen cheries

2 mdbananas

1 tsplemon juice

6 ozblended cherry yogurt

1 cvanilla yogurt
-
1 1/2 cvanilla soy milk (or regular milk + 1/2 tsp. vanilla)

1/2 tspalmond extract
How To Make cherry-banana smoothie

1Pit the cherries and remove the stems.

2Cut the banana into chunks.

3Place all the ingredients in a blender.

4Blend until smooth.

5Pour into glasses and serve.

6I use fresh cherries when they are available. When they aren't, I use frozen.
