1/2medium banana, cut into 1/2 inch slices

16 ounces container fat-free vanilla yogurt

4 ozfrozen unsweetened pitted dark cherries

1/2 cfat-free milk

1/4 tspvanilla extract
How To Make cherry-vanilla smoothie

1Put the banana slices on a freezer-safe plate. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes, or until firm and very cold.

2In a blender, process all the ingredients for 30 seconds, or until thick and smooth. (You can also use an immersion, or handheld blender.)
