Ingredients For bren's berry smoothie

1/2 bunchorganic parsley - washed

1/2 cfresh organic wild blueberries

1/4 cfrozen blueberries (to help with consistancy)

1 smpiece of ginger root (about 1/2 inch) - cut finely to reduce shreds or

1/4 mdlemon (rind included) - seeds removed

1 calmond milk
How To Make bren's berry smoothie

1Place parsley, blueberries, ginger and lemon in the blender. Start with 1/2 cup of almond milk and blend on high gradually adding more as needed until a thick creamy smooth consistency is reached. Serve immediately as this is best when it is fresh.
