Ingredients For breakfast shake

  • 3/4 c
    yogurt, low-fat, plain
  • 1/4 c
    milk, low-fat
  • 1 c
    fresh fruit, cut up
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3
    ice cubes

How To Make breakfast shake

  • 1
    Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well combined and frothy.
