This Rio smoothie is renowned for it's stomach soothing properties. It's not only a go to breakfast in our house but it works wonders on upset tummies. When my husband got violentally ill last year, these were the only things that made him feel better. Incredibly yummy and a good hangover remedy to boot!

    ripe avacado
  • 4
    ripe bananas
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 c
    crushed ice

How To Make brazilian suco

    Peel and pit the Avacado and bananas.
  • 2
    Blend all ingredients until pureed.
