These smoothies are great and with the flax seed they are a good way to get some extra fiber!

Ingredients For blueberry smoothies

1 cfrozen blueberries
-
1 clowfat vanilla yogurt

1/2 corange juice, fresh

1 Tbspground flax seed (optional)
How To Make blueberry smoothies

1Put the frozen blueberries in your blender. If you use fresh berries you need to add a cup of ice

2Add yogurt
-
3Add orange juice. I use mango orange juice when I have it.

4Cover and blend on Liquify setting until smooth
