  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh or thawed blueberries
  • 1/3 c
    nonfat dry milk
  • 1 c
    plain non-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

    Place blueberries, dry milk, yogurt, water, honey and vanilla in a blender and process until smooth
