1 c(8oz) plain yogurt

2-3 Tbsphoney

1 1/2 cfresh or frozen blackberries

1/2 cfrozen unsweetened mixed berries

additional blackberries and yogurt, (optional)
How To Make blackberry smoothies

1in a blender, combine first 5 ingredients, cover and process for about 15 seconds or until smooth.

2pour into chilled glasses, serve immediately. top with additional blackberries and yogurt, if desired.
