I just love smoothies and frozen drinks. Much healthier than a malt or ice cream and if you freeze a little tub of yogurt, it will feel like you are drinking something high in calories and processed sugar, but you are not. If you like, add a little ice to the mixture for a more slushy consistency.

Ingredients For berry sunrise smoothie

1 mdfresh banana, broken into chunks

3/4 cfrozen strawberries, partially thawed and sliced in half

1/4 cmixed berries, frozen

1/4 cvanilla low fat yogurt (or partially freeze yogurt)

1/2 clow fat milk

1 Tbsplemonade concentrate

1/4 tspvanilla extract
-
1 1/2 tspsugar or splenda

ice (optional)
How To Make berry sunrise smoothie

1Combine yogurt, berries and bananas into blender, cover and blend till desired consistency. Add milk, extract, sugar or splenda and blend again. Can add a few ice cubes into blender or serve over ice if you wish.
