Ingredients For berry smoothie

  • 1/2 c
    plain fat - free yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 c
    frozen raspberries
  • 1 c
    vanilla soy milk (or regular milk)
  • 2 tsp
    honey (optional)

How To Make berry smoothie

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
